We use garage quality diagnostic and tuning equipment with the added convenience of  being able to come to your home or workplace.

We work with one of the market leading and multi award winning providers of vehicle remaps, Viezu technologies.

All of the remaps are carefully tried and tested by Viezu at their facility in Warwickshire.

We are fully insured and Rob is certified by the IMI

( Institute of the Motor Industry ).

Diag-Tune Tuning

We offer a variety of quality ECU remaps to meet your needs.

​

If its additional horsepower and torque your after then we would recommend the VPERF tune (stage 1). The VPERF will give you maximum performance gains with little regard to fuel economy.

​

If your looking for a bit more in the way of performance but also some fuel economy gains we would recommend a VBLEND tune. The VBLEND would give you approximately 75% of what could be gained in performance whilst still giving some respectable fuel economy gains.

​

If maximum fuel economy gains are what your looking for the we would recommend the VBLUE tune. The VBLUE gives you approximately 50% of possible gains in performance while giving you the maximum fuel economy possible.

Remapping can be really very beneficial to improve your vehicles performance and fuel economy while towing, providing higher torque at lower RPM.

Remapping your motor home can improve your fuel economy and enhance your driving experience.

If your wondering how we remap your ECU then read on......

The majority of modern vehicles will be remapped via us plugging our equipment in to your vehicles OBD port.

Although the OBD method is the most widely used we can also remap using the bench mode, this is when we plug our equipment directly into your vehicles ECU. Sometimes we can access your ECU ports while it is still in situ however as the name would suggest we will often need to remove the ECU from the vehicle and plug into it on a workbench.

The third and least common method of remapping is what we call via boot method, this is when we have to open up your ECU on the bench and work directly on the electrodes.

We use the latest remapping technology from Alientech, the KESS V3, this is perfectly paired with the expert knowledge and master file writing from Viezu Technologies, all installed by Rob our IMI certified technician.

Rob has years of experience of working on a vast variety of vehicles using his  electrical and mechanical knowledge and expertise.

All tuning files are tested and insured by Viezu Technologies and all works carried out by Diag-Tune are  also fully insured, giving you peace of mind.

Prior to carrying out any remap we run a full diagnostic check of your vehicle to ensure its in the best possible shape for the tune.

We use quality Autel diagnostic equipment and if the vehicle is not fit for a tune at the time of your appointment we will only charge you a fault reading fee. We will discount 50% of the fault reading fee when you have us return to carryout your tune within 90 days of your original appointment. 

We offer you 30 days to change your mind about the level of remap applied to your vehicle.  For example, if you had a VPERF remap and after a week or so you decide your not getting enough MPG we can remap your vehicle with a VBLEND and we will only charge you a call out charge from £25 (depending upon your location) to make the changes required.

When it comes to selling your vehicle or handing it back to the lease company we will remap your ECU back to how it was before our remap, again we do this for just a call out charge from just £25
